Product FAQ
6905 – Bella Vista Ingenuity Automatic Bouncer FAQ’s

Q: I am not able to insert the Bounce/Music unit.
A: Check to make sure that the footrest wire is inserted correctly. Look for the indentation located near the curved piece of the wire. Position the footrest wire with the indentation.

Q: I can’t attach the toy bar to the Bouncer.
A: The backrest tube must be positioned properly for the toy bar to connect. While facing the bouncer, look at the right side of the backrest tube. You should see an “R” on the tube near the connecting hub indicating the right side. If the right side has the “L” the backrest tube will need to be removed and reassembled correctly.

Q: When I press the sound button I get melodies but no nature sounds.
A: The melodies and nature sounds are activated by pressing the same button. The sounds alternate with the melodies occurring first. Press the sound button again to switch to nature sounds mode.

Q: How do I remove the Wire Uprights from the Backrest Tube connecting Hubs?
A: On the inside of the connecting hubs you will see a sequence of holes. Look for the smallest hole that does not contain a screw. Inside the hole will be a silver locking pin. Take a small screwdriver or similar item and place it inside the hole to make contact with the silver locking pin. Push in the silver locking pin and pull the wire upright apart simultaneously.

Q: Bouncer will not automatically bounce.
A: Make sure that the shipping bar has been removed from the battery compartment and discard it. Remove and reinstall the batteries, orienting them to match the (+) and (-) markings in the compartment. Press Power Button to illuminate the green Power indicator LED. Press Start/speed Button to select Normal or Gentle speed (green or yellow LED’s).

Q: Bouncer does not respond to Start/speed Button.
A: Allow 30 seconds for bouncer to determine rhythm. If the bouncer continues not to respond, replace all batteries with new alkaline size C batteries.

Q: Screws do not secure foot cover to frame tube.
A: Fully insert posts on foot cover into the corresponding holes in the frame tube to secure proper foot cover position.

Q: Bouncer does not sit level on floor.
A: Reposition the rubber anti-ski foot at the rear of the bouncer. Rotate the rubber foot so that its flat side contacts the floor (plastic foot cover may require removal to access the foot).
